Many childhood memories were made baking with our great-grandmother, lovingly referred to as “TeeZee” - short for tesoro, the Italian term of endearment meaning treasure. Gathered in TeeZee’s kitchen, her most cherished confection was crafted emphasizing patience, meticulous attention to detail, and culinary excellence.
This recipe was handed down, mother to daughter to granddaughter and so on. TeeZee's granddaughter, Rosalind, began selling this treasured treat in the San Francisco South Bay 35 years ago. Now, four generations later, we continue TeeZee & "Nonni" Rosalind's legacy using only the finest ingredients, offering a rich, chocolatey link to the past.
